- Tape baking- After a long period of storage, some older analog tapes can exhibit a tendency to shed their oxide. When played, this results in squealing or sticking to the player’s guides and heads. Sound Affair bakes these tapes in specialized ovens, which enable a clean transfer to a fresh new format.
Various audio playback machines are available.
2 through 24 Track 1/4", 1/2", 1” and 2"tape formats.
Operating speeds - 3 ¾ to 30 IPS.
